Josh was very responsive and always had our intrest as a priority. He fit over 10 showings in one day and even took me back to get my purse I left the next day. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Josh called me right when our contract expired with our first agent after six months. I was frankly not at all hopeful that we could sell in the middle of a pandemic, so I put him off. He called again the next day, and the next, and then the next. He wasn't rude or pushy, but he was extremely persistent, which got my attention. I finally gave him a chance to make his pitch. Josh outlined his marketing methods and told us why he was hopeful about our place selling quickly. We gave him a chance thankfully because we were were contract in a week at full price, which was amazing! Josh checked in regularly until the closing date, managing small hiccups song the way. I trust Josh will be selling multi-million dollar homes in the not too distant future, so I am glad we got the chance to work with him early in his career. Highly recommend
Stop searching for a realtor and call this firm right now. They mean what they say and they deliver what they promise. Josh is a motivated and hungry young professional that will rock your socks off. The first tome we met, he had a plan of action, a few suggestions, a brief explanation and we were off! His entire team worked diligently and was able to list our home and get is sold within 2 weeks, closed in 8 days!! If you don’t call this man now, you are not serious about selling your home! Josh was absolutely wonderful. Our home had been on the market for 6 months with another realtor. We signed with him on Jan.8 and he had sold our home on jam. 13. After those buyers backed out he sold the house again the following day and we closed 2 weeks later. He never stops working even while on his honeymoon in another country. He treats you as if you are his only client. Great manners, very resourceful, confident, cool,calm and you can call him at any time. He has strong strategies, skills and knowledge to sell a home.
