I closed on my home yesterday thanks to Josh, Katie and the rest of the Finigan Group. My initial sit down with him was informative and to the point, it was made clear where we stood immediately just looking at the data. A plan was made and the process had begun. It was fairly hands off considering the paperwork needed for a home sale. Any paperwork needing to be done was almost exclusively through DocuSign which made the process easy in that everything is made available on your phone or other devices. The viewings process was straight forward as well with the ability to set what times work for you, and the platform used made it simple. Closing was also painless and a breeze. If anyone should ask me who I would recommend for their next hone sale or purchase, there is only one group of people I would recommend, and that would be the Finigan Group.
