Josh called me right when our contract expired with our first agent after six months. I was frankly not at all hopeful that we could sell in the middle of a pandemic, so I put him off. He called again the next day, and the next, and then the next. He wasn't rude or pushy, but he was extremely persistent, which got my attention. I finally gave him a chance to make his pitch. Josh was absolutely wonderful. Our home had been on the market for 6 months with another realtor. We signed with him on Jan.8 and he had sold our home on jam. 13. After those buyers backed out he sold the house again the following day and we closed 2 weeks later. He never stops working even while on his honeymoon in another country. He treats you as if you are his only client. Great manners, very resourceful, confident, cool,calm and you can call him at any time. He has strong strategies, skills and knowledge to sell a home.
