Josh called me right when our contract expired with our first agent after six months. I was frankly not at all hopeful that we could sell in the middle of a pandemic, so I put him off. He called again the next day, and the next, and then the next. He wasn't rude or pushy, but he was extremely persistent, which got my attention. I finally gave him a chance to make his pitch.
