I recently had a need to dispose of a property in Florida, while living 1300 miles away. I did not have the option to personally travel south. I found he and his associates were well versed in the local market, up to date on offerings and values. He quickly and effectively had the property on the market and seeing traffic. The most important aspect of my relationship with Joe was the amount of communication which he initiated. I was constantly informed of, and received feedback from showings, status and availability of similar units on the market,and general sales activity in the community. I felt I always knew what was going on. Contact with me was not the only communication strength. He consistently stayed involved in the whole process, helping me deal with attorneys, title company, HOA and local contractors when minor issues popped up, or information was needed to be shared. I have been pleasantly surprised at the efficient, timely and professional process Joe put in place. Being so far away I had expected a multitude of road blocks and issues. These were minimized by Joe's aggressive approach to completing the sale, getting me and my family a sale at our asking price.
