I give my highest recommendation to Flate Rate Homes and to agent Joe Ellis. I saved over $18000 in comissions! It seems ridiculous but its true. I was also not expecting a full service due to the price. I was wrong about that. Joe returned calls and emails and we even processed the sale while he was on vacation.
