Joseph was super supportive from Day 1. He helped us with every question we had regarding buying a house since we were first time buyers. His communication is on point and he keeps the buyers likes and dislikes in mind throughout the process. The showing agent, Rob was excellent and went above and beyond to help us arrange all the viewings we needed. They both gave us honest opinions about every property we looked at. Joseph explained us every detail of the offer and was in constant communication with the sellers agent. He made sure the process was super smooth for us and helped us close our first house in Boston!
