Joselyne handled both sides of our transaction, first helping us evaluate and determine what the sales range of our existing home was. She then assisted us in locating and make a good, fair and successful offer on a new home in our desired community. Finally she marketed and sold our existing home at the top of the sales range she had forecast at the start of the process. Throughout the entire process Joselyne was professional and friendly.
