Jose has been wonderful throughout our selling and buying process. He got us $10k over asking price on our sale and $10k off the purchase of our new home! He is very knowledgeable in how to market a home which is evidenced by the fact our house sold in 3 days. We hadn’t even put a sign in our yard yet. He is friendly and was able to answer all our questions. He also understood what we were willing and not willing to compromise on. He often knew what we wanted even before telling him. He has also done a great job choosing showing assistants. Austin was a joy to work with whenever we needed to see houses and Jose was not available. We highly recommend Jose. If you need to sell or buy a house Jose is the man for the job.
