Jose Hernandez

We decided to sell due to hot market and good advice after calling Jose and asking him for some guidance. We hired Jose because he did an awesome job with some previous home sales for us and knew we could count on him again. This would be the 3rd home he sells for us. I think Jose best helped us with prepping our home for the sale. He gave us some really great feedback on how to stage our home and prepare for the viewings in this crazy time of COVID-19. I would definitely have Jose help us in the future and would also recommend him to any of our friends and family!!

Where do I begin? I was introduced to Jose after he assisted my sister-in-law with the purchase of their house. My sister-in-law would rave about his professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, and how diligent he was. At this point, I was sold. I requested to follow Jose on social media and I got to see his work first hand; Seemed as if he was closing deals almost everyday. I made the decision to finally sell and made the call. Jose did not disappoint through the whole process. Not only did he sell my house fast, Jose got me more than my asking price. Jose always looked out for my best interest and was very accommodating when it came to my work schedule. Jose was everything my sister-in-law raved about and more. The cherry on top was when he checked in almost everyday when my newborn was in the NICU; He even sent flowers to the hospital. Jose is more than my real estate agent, he is a really great person and friend. I am looking forward to our next adventure in finding a new home for our family. There is no one else I trust.
