Jordan is a professional at what he does. He works with you rather than for you, and what ever cones his way he knows how to handle it. In our personal experience it seemed as if finding a home took long, but with the help we got we knew what was worth buying or not. Always on time with responses and due dates. Jordan was both professional and personable. Not only did he help me find a home, he made sure to find me the *right* home. From day one he listened to what I was looking for and helped me search for locations that matched those wants while also putting forth options I had not considered before. In addition to that, he was patient and was consistently upbeat about the home finding and buying process.

Jordan is what every Realtor should be. He was very patient taking the time to review each and every property we were looking at, giving us square feet, age, number of bedrooms, lot size etc., and saving us time by having alternative properties to view in case our selections fell through at the last moment. He is also a tough negotiator when it comes to dealing with the sellers agent, never being concerned about being confrontational when it came to looking out for our interests, again, saving us money and headaches. He was always there when we called, and he has followed up three different times since our escrow closed to make sure everything is going well with our new home. And another thing.....Homeowners Association bylaws/ rules/ regulations/ covenants...He actually reads those things and makes sure there is nothing in there that will harm your interest after the fact. I don't know how he does it, I nod off after one or pages! To sum up, if buying or selling you really should use Jordan, he is one of the best Realtors out there.
