About Jordan

While attending Coastal Carolina University I was told the best advice I would ever receive is to buy the least the expensive house in the most expensive neighborhood I could afford. After graduating I went on to do exactly that. As the years went on I added more properties to my portfolio and began my own rental management company called The Lipman Group while simultaneously obtaining my Realtor's license where I began to help others achieve the goals and dreams of home ownership. As the market began to evolve and shift with the changing economy I decided to add to my skill set to better assist my clients and knowledge of the industry by obtaining my loan originator license with the NMLS. I am excited to lend my knowledge and expertise that I have learned over the years with my clients while assisting with one of the most important transactions of their lives.
