Jonny is an incredible and patient realtor! We have had the pleasure of doing business with him 3 times. Jonny helped us find our home in Santa Rosa 11 years ago, after a couple months of looking for the right fit, we finally found one. We really appreciated his patience since we weren’t in a rush. Several years later we reached out to Jonny again when we felt that we outgrew our house. We found another place in the country, but after receiving the termite report we decided to not move forward. We also pulled our listing and he was completely understanding. We are now entering the next chapter in our lives with a move to Alaska. Jonny came over and made us feel at ease - letting us know he’d handle everything and get the most for our house. And he did just that!! The house listed, was on the market for 4 days and we had a solid offer for 30K over asking. 21 days later we closed. This was the smoothest and fasted sale. Thanks to Jonny!! Jonny is such a great guy. As a first time homebuyer he made the process so easy and went out of his way to fit to my schedule for home viewings. He was very attentive to what I liked and didn't like about certain places and made very helpful recommendations and we found a home very quickly!
