We are beyond grateful for our incredible realtor, Jonathan Schuman. Jonathan is more than a realtor!!…. he is a trusted advisor, a sounding board, and a true partner in one of the most important decisions of our lives. Diana and I would not be in this incredible home without him, and for that we are forever thankful. Purchasing our first home is a huge milestone. The process of finding a home can be daunting, but Jonathan made the process as seamless as EVER! Jonathan set us up with a portfolio of homes to look at based on our needs. He was constantly sending us updates when new homes came to the market. He was quick to respond and always made sure that we were comfortable with the price or location of the home before touring. As a professional in the customer service industry myself, I appreciated Jonathan’s constant follow up and confirmation. If he was unsure about something he was always on top of looking into it for us to find us the correct answer. We toured about 10 or so homes until we found the perfect fit! We finally closed yesterday and would recommend Jonathan to anyone looking to buy or sell! He is truly a ROCKSTAR and an amazing person to work with!
