When I was selling my house I interviewed 3 agents. Paul rose to the top of my list quickly as he clearly had more knowledge about my market's area. This made me comfortable about choosing him over the others. When Paul came to the house for a look over, we asked a lot of questions about any improvements we should make prior to the listing. He suggested some cosmetics ( paint etc.) and there were some physical items here and there. Paul made good points about pricing. Although it’s a personal choice -my wife and I were careful to be a little under the market with the listing price. As it turned out - we had several offers right away well above asking that exceeded our expectations. Having 3 great offers- Paul vetted their financials. We decided to take our second highest offer due to their stronger financials. After that everything went very smoothly. Paul and his team were always available and easy to reach throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Paul if you are selling your property. Totally professional and a great person!
