Jonathan helped my husband and I buy a condo under incredibly complicated circumstances, a tiny budget, and very high expectations. Our lender was a bit unresponsive and confusing, and Jonathan was the one to contact them (over and over again) and pressure them. The seller's Realtor was also a bit under-motivated, but Jonathan applied the pressure there as well and got us a great deal. Being first-time homebuyers, we were filled to the brim with questions, which Jonathan answered with enthusiasm and made sure we understood everything that was happening throughout the process. Lastly, but most impressively, the lender's appraiser came through with a value of almost $10k below our asking price, which we did not have the funds to cover, and Jonathan prepared such a thorough and well-thought-out request for reconsideration of value that the appraiser came back the next day with an appraisal at our asking price! I definitely cannot say enough good things about the work that Jonathan does, and he will be our real estate agent for life.

Jonathan was wonderful. He was patient and showed us many houses while we decided. He was extremely knowledgeable about the local market, which is super hot in the Denver area, and was very helpful in guiding us in making a successful bid for a house that received multiple competing offers within hours of being on the market. He led us to a lender who was quick and super responsive, working through some tricky documentation issues, allowing us to close in 23 days. He was also super helpful in getting us quotes for repairs that needed to be done on the house. He is very trustworthy and professional. I definitely recommend working with him.

Jonathan was excellent every step of the way. We met a number of times prior to listing to discuss our expectations, to go over his appraisal, make a plan for listing. We thought we had somewhat hopeful expectations for price point, but when his appraisal backed that up, we had our list price. If we could get an offer at asking, we would have been thrilled. Jonathan took care of everything leading up to listing, he had cleaners do a deep clean as well as the photographer take professional photos. All of this was scheduled for us so it was one less headache. When the listing was published, our notion that a we may get a dozen showings the first weekend wasn't even close. We had 20+ showings the first day as well as a flood of offers. Through Jonathan's plan and execution we were able to accept an offer significantly over asking price with nearly no concessions. Jonathan exceeded all expectations. His constant communication made the whole process very smooth and kept us informed during each phase of the process.
