If I had to summarize my experience with Jonathan in three words, they would be honest, helpful, and hardworking. He didn’t just try to throw us in the first house that we looked at. He made sure that what we were getting was the perfect fit for us. He took much time explaining things to us, which was especially helpful as we are first time homebuyers. Having all the of the documents available online for us to go through and review whenever we needed to was extraordinarily helpful as well. Beyond that he constantly communicated what was going on so that we were never left in the dark. If I could rate him higher than five stars, I wouldn’t hesitate.

My deceased parents lived in the same house for 55 years and had only done cosmetic updates. And with living @480 miles away, I didn't see an easy way of selling it. Jonathan did all the research needed to be able to sell it "as is" and still be able to get top dollar for it. He even did some of the neglected yard work to make it look it's best. Selling the only home that you had ever known as a child is not an easy task. He made the process easy and painless.
