When it came time to sell our beloved home, there was only one realtor we trusted: Jon. Having worked with him in various capacities for over a decade, we knew he’d be reliable, relatable, and fiercely committed to selling our home. Jon’s expertise guided every step of the process—our house received an offer on day two—and he kept us informed and supported for a smooth, timely closing. We reached out to Jon last Fall after receiving a referral from a friend and noted we weren’t in a position to buy until Spring of the following year. We were also still living in the SF Bay Area and not very familiar with Denver and the surrounding suburbs. Jon helped build trust with us early on by his willingness to jump on the phone, email us potential upcoming listings, and spend a day showing me a few homes/neighborhoods in late 2024. He never pressured us during this time to sign an exclusive agreement with him. In early 2025 we started to search more seriously for a home and Jon was very helpful in pulling comps on interested properties, setting up showings, and sharing his thoughts on the market and neighborhoods. It was only when we were ready to write our first offer that he sent us the buyer agent agreement. Thankfully we were able to find our dream home fairly quickly and Jon was able to guide us every step of the way to closing. He was extremely responsive at all hours and easy to reach via text. Given we were still living in the Bay Area there were times when we needed him to be present at the house to manage certain processes and he was more than willing to help. Ultimately my wife and I would wholeheartedly recommend Jon for anyone looking to purchase a home in the Denver area. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable but the interactions were incredibly pleasant and we look forward to staying in touch.

Our relationship with Jon began a few months ahead of an interstate relocation. He was candid about the market and helped set our expectations. There were unusual seller requests and behaviors that Jon helped us navigate to a successful close.
