Jon M. Perez and his sister Julie were raised by their loving parents Louie & Rosie Perez. Being very active at a young age, Jon had to play various organized sports all year round. After many years of hard work, Jon was able to put himself through wrestling for both junior and state colleges. While working in the service industry during and after college, it humbled Jon and taught him the value of service and the reward of a job well done.
While entering real estate in 2004, Jon only knew a tough market and the hard work it took to be successful.
