Jon Bonynge

I was in the market looking for a home a couple years ago. I could not find an agent that I felt like I could click with. A brief pause in the search and two years later, I was referred to Jon by a friend of a friend, who also worked with Jon in buying and selling their home. I was ready to buy a house, but didn't know what I wanted. Jon is extremely down to earth and was extremely helpful in pointing me in the right direction and helping me find my first home. Not only was Jon very flexible with my schedule, but he encouraged me to be picky with my homes, ultimately helping me find what is now my perfect home! Jon worked patiently with me (and my finances) and was very understanding in the changes. As we began looking at houses, Jon sent me resources that helped me understand the home-buying process, as well as what to expect. He answered all my questions and took the time to explain things to me. He was always available to help me and seems to have lots of knowledge in more than just real estate, which also helped me in choosing the right property. Jon did a great job negotiating on my behalf and made me feel comfortable taking this huge step in my life. After the purchase, Jon still made sure to make me feel like he was still here for me, even though everything had been finalized. 11/10, I would recommend Jon to anyone that is looking to buy.

Jon has sold two properties for me and I was pleased with his handling of both deals. The most recent was a manufactured home on a city lot. The other was an older home on acreage. For the sale of this property he connected me with the businesses that performed the cleanup and removal of items to make it more marketable.
