Jon Bollinger

As a military family, we placed our home in the care and management of the Herndon Company when we left Valdosta 18 years ago. For over 10-yrs Jon Bollinger has been our rental property manager. In early 2022, we decided to sell our Valdosta home and naturally, we selected Jon as our selling agent. Jon went so far above and beyond for us—to ensure our property sold for the best price. From researching/selecting all the renovation and repair materials, coordinating with contractors, overseeing all the projects, and even executing the Closing for us. Jon singlehandedly coordinated and oversaw the renovations of the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, plumbing, landscaping, and every other detail, from inspections to minor to major repairs and renovations. He did it all! We put our complete trust in Jon and were not disappointed. Because of Jon’s efforts, we received an offer within 48-hours of listing and accepted the offer. While Jon had our best interest in-mind throughout the negotiation process, it was also clear that he strived to be fair and reasonable with the buyer’s needs/requirements. Because of Jon’s balance, the sell was a win-win for both us and the buyers.
