John was very good at communicating. Very likable and easy to talk to. Was good at seeking counsel from his managing broker instead of just guessing. We had a difficult interaction with the selling broker yet John remained professional and fought for our interests.

We just finalized the purchase of a home in Genesee Colorado last week. My wife and began looking in the area over a year ago and we were not sure at that time that if we were going to buy, what our time frame was or if this was really the right area for us. John showed us several listings as well and as he got a better understanding of what we were looking for he was able to fine tune our search even though we were not committed at that time. He did not pressure us in any way but consistently communicated with us when new listings came up. We ultimately found the house we really wanted but it was not currently listed. John was able to contact the owners and ultimately was able to negotiate a deal that we were really pleased with. This sale was complicated by both the fact that we were out of state buyers as well as this was the beginning of the COVID19 outbreak which was disruptive to all phases of the transaction. John was hugely helpful facilitating the home inspection as well as keeping us up to date on the completion of the home inspection repairs. He also followed through on all the small details that can delay or derail the process through escrow. I told John on more than one occasion how much we appreciated how he followed through on every phase of the transaction which greatly reduced our stress and made to purchase as easy as possible. We met John at an Open House that we went to on our own but ended up getting great mountain home knowledge for new comers such as us. John took the time to welcome us to the area and teach us some base information we should look for when buying a home. We decided to choose John as our agent and he found us our dream home! He is so very knowledgeable of the mountain towns just west of Denver and knows every good and bad fact about them. He was always available to answer questions and show homes and is a great trustworthy person on top of that !! We are glad to have John as our agent and now as our friend.

We met John over 2 years ago when we were interested in a home he had listed in Chimney Creek in Genesee. Although that home sold before we had a chance to look at it, John immediately went to work for us knowing how much we loved the area. He educated us on the neighborhood and kept us informed of new listings that we would be interested in. He soon found the perfect home for us knowing the important features that were on our list. As the home was a fixer-upper, he went above and beyond for us by referring contractors for various projects. We were not expecting to have to move again 2 years later however, when the time came to list and get our home sold quickly, we knew immediately that John was the perfect choice. He worked hard at getting the word out there with showings starting immediately and he brought in a potential buyer before it actually hit the market. Although the first buyer didn’t work out, he hired a professional stager and photographer to get the home ready for a quick sell. John did not consider himself a tech savvy person, yet he took the time to become a FaceTime pro to continue communicating with us while we were vacationing in Mexico which is when he sold our home! (Just 1 month after listing) We appreciate all of John’s hard work, his professional dedication and determination to get the job done!
