John Traczyk

After having contacted John in early February we were able to travel here in March to view properties that he thought would be of interested to us. So many and so over whelming at times.. But John was able to direct us in the right direction. Bottom line, he knew what we liked and did not like. Well, I can say that we are proud owners of a town-house in a very nice community. Even though we were still in Pennsylvania at the time, John handled all the details and last minute incidentals. Not only has he been a great realtor but also as a great friend. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a home, condo, villa or a town-house.

John went above and beyond my expectations as a realtor. He knew the area. What could be expected as far as selling my mobile home. genuine and sincere. if ever I nee a realtor in the future it would be John.
