John does a great job providing data with his recommendations and is willing to bend over backwards to help out his clients. I sold and purchased with John. The sale was a personal home in Town and Country - he did a great job helping us understand the market and guiding us towards closing. The purchases were investment properties and he would help me negotiate in credits as well as access to the properties so that I can show prospective tenants. He would be the one providing access when I needed it even though this was above and beyond his responsibility.
