He was extremely flexible and quick to get us in to see the houses we were interested in. I would highly recommend using him. We ended up looking all over the Twin Cities and the surrounding suburbs with him making the best route all around.

From day 1, John was invested in making sure we were fully educated on both selling our home and buying our new home. Extra steps were taken to ensure our home sold at a premium price and John exceeded our lofty expectations every step of the way. John is a professional and will not take short cuts. It was an absolute pleasure being represented by him!

John was fantastic to work with. He was very patient with us through our first home-buying experience, even when we were unprepared or confused about parts of the process. We took about a year-long break between searches and he was great about working at our pace. He helped us sort out our thoughts about the various homes we viewed, and when it came time to place an offer, he sat down with us and helped us through the entire process. I can't imagine having a smoother experience in house hunting. He was also very knowledgeable about potential pitfalls and specific problems to look for before placing an offer, and he wasn't afraid to tell us when something looked wrong. He really seemed invested in finding the right house for us. Once we had an offer accepted, John did all of the heavy lifting and made excellent suggestions for inspectors, testing services, and the like. His network is very impressive and he connected us with everyone we needed--even a few potential lenders for the mortgage--and everything went spectacularly well. The inspector he recommended found an issue with the stucco that I can't imagine anyone else would have noticed, alerting us to an issue that needs to be addressed and allowing John to successfully negotiate the final offer in our favor. In addition to being great at his job, John is also a very friendly and personable guy with superb responsiveness to questions or inquiries. I don't think we ever waited more than an hour or two for a reply. We are so happy with this home and I hope we never have to move again, but if we do, I'll definitely be giving John a call.
