My wife’s and my backgrounds are in Chemical Engineering and Science (7 degrees) and obviously not in the selling of homes—John’s and Sarah’s experience and skill in this area more than made up for our woeful lack of knowledge and they guided us flawlessly through the often-tortuous path involved therein. As our home was “unique” (large home, acreage, pond, 5-car garages, private 2-3-man office, etc.), I didn’t expect it to sell as quickly as it did, especially in “the time of plague”, as it were.
