John was a calming point of reference in a stressful process. From start to finish John was available, never told us he couldn't do something. I would use him to the exclusion of the so-called "Full Service" agents. He did all of this and saved us almost $30,000!

John's Knowledge of real estate boggles the mind. He showed me several possible scenarios for ways my house would sell, when the sale was made his predictions were right on. I had moved an hour away from the property. John made many trips back and forth. He took care of all the showing, and after a water leak inside a wall was discovered during inspection John found a plumber and saw that repairs were made. John got several offers and showed me what I would net from each one. The offer that appeared the best had more fees, Jonh advised me which one was best for me. He negotiated lowering of some fees. He put a lot of time and effort and went way beyond what would be expected of a relator. I highly recommend him.

John did a great job helping me with this sell. I didn't know what I was doing and John was there to guide me through the entire process. Was responsive to all my questions, thorough in all the paperwork and the entire process went off without a hitch. I would definitely use John again in a future real estate transaction and would recommend him to anyone.
