I am a first time homebuyer, and my experience with John Perkins was stellar from start to finish

John was vital in helping us find and close on our dream home. Through every step he stayed in contact, providing us with resources, and even saved us several thousand dollars along the way. He is patient, hard working, and easy going. Even after closing he continues to provide resources and contacts to make our relocation seamless. We are amazed at how easy John made the entire process from the beginning search through closing. We cannot thank him enough and we highly recommend him!!

We are fortunate to have worked with John on 3 different occasions in buying 2 primary homes and the sale of one. When he initially reached out to me it was just after 8pm, and I thought that was great. Really good initiative, to try and get another client even that late in the day.
