During the house visits he provided good information about the location of the houses, construction types, interior designs, etc. Whenever we had a question, he answered promptly, even in the weekends. If you need a realtor, John Murphy should be your #1 Agent! John won me over from the beginning... I originally listed our home as a FSBO in 2017 just to test the market and John reached out to offer his assistance. He was not pushy nor demanding, and he didn't even really discourage me from going down the FSBO road. Instead, he offered me some advice and even provided the contact information for a local photographer who took some amazing photos of our home. I knew then that if I ever needed a realtor, John would be the one and I told him as much. We had some traffic but after about 30 days we decided not to sell. Fast forward to 2019 and we became serious about selling. I called John and began the conversation.
