Highly recommend John if you're looking to sell your home for top dollar! John knew the market well enough to list our house very aggressively and we still received over asking price. John was also very responsive the whole time, always answering my texts very promptly and providing updates consistently. We have used several agents in the past to sell/buy and with John we had the best experience (not even close to be honest). It felt like working with a trusted friend rather than strictly a business transaction. We're looking forward to working with John again when we're ready to buy! If you want someone you can trust and treats you like you're their only client (when they have many I'm sure) then reach out to John!
