John was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was there every step of the way from start to finish of my home buying process! This was my first time going through this process and John made everything so easy to maneuver through! This review cannot even describe how much we appreciate the help and support that John provided us to buy our retirement home. It all started after being in Greenville for 5 days, several visits and ready to go back to NY. During our last day in Greenville, I called John to see if it could show up the house in one hour.... He agreed and from there, helped us in the offer process, inspection, SC rules, HOA questions and special requests we had..... check, check and check... John delivered every time and quickly. He surrounded himself with an outstanding team who work in the same manner (Lender and inspection). Bravo! If you look for an agent, don't look around, John Murphy is your man!

It was such a pleasure working with John when we were looking for our first home. He was very helpful/patient to help us understand the process and explain things. He also was honest and trustworthy, putting our desires and needs above the deal.

Please understand, I am not someone that ever writes reviews, but I sure do read them ..lol. I usually scroll down to the ppl that give 4's because I figure they are the most honest. Unfortunately, I seriously can't do that for John. He is beyond a 5* in every category. Right off the start, he didn't look at the issues of my house but all the possibilities. He was excited and positive throughout the whole sale experience. No sale is a 100% smooth, but with any issue at all he was right there, the first one calling to solve the problem, and always keeping me in the loop. I never had to chase him down or direct him to make calls. He was on top of everything! It was an absolute pleasure to work with him and I would absolutely recommend him hands down!!!
