John was our “therapist” as well as our realtor and handled all aspects of the sale and prep of the house with sensitivity, experience and fabulous recommendations of people to help with all the situations that needed to be addressed. I highly recommend John, it was a very simple and nondramatic event. I don’t know how he managed it but we are also thrilled with the family that bought the house.
