Being a first time home buyer I was completely new to the process and came in very anxious and uninformed. John was very professional and friendly too which made it a breeze to work with him. He always responded in a timely manner and at all times of the day so he was always just a phone call away. He was very knowledgeable about the entire process and the current state of the market and if he was unsure of anything he worked right away to find the correct information and send me all the resources he could. His service went above and beyond what I was expecting and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or purchase a new home.

John was a great asset in helping us to purchase a home. He is very knowledgeable of the local area and always comes prepared to every showing with a list of comparable houses in the neighborhood of the showing. He is a cool and steady hand during the negotiation process and helps to streamline all paperwork. He is an easy-going and smart person to work with. John is also great at giving realistic perspectives that helps to keep the buyer's expectations grounded with reality. I would recommend him to first time buyers as well as the more experienced.
