John is awesome! He is very responsive to all questions and concerns and made my first time as a home seller super easy. He is patient and clearly explains each step in the process so at every point I knew exactly what was happening. I appreciated how John explains your options as a seller. For example, when looking at the condition of my house, he explained what I'd be able to sell for as is vs. how much I'd be able to sell it for if I made it move in ready. There was never any pressure one way or the other, but he always made sure to present multiple perspectives. I personally did not know painters, repairmen, etc., but John had that covered. The guy John recommended was terrific and did great work at a reasonable price. What I appreciated about that is John only recommends people who he has first hand experience with, and the painter was working on John's house at the same time as mine, so it made me more confident that the contractor would be great. John is skilled at connecting the right buyers with the right sellers, in fact he is so well connected that he ended up having a buyer for me 2 weeks before we were even scheduled to begin showing the home. There is nothing bad I can say about this guy!

My mother signed the contract on a Wednesday afternoon at 12:30. Around the corner from her condo unit ...another listed at 1:00 p.m. John took 30 superior photo's showing the unit beautifully. The other realtor only took 15 photo's which were quite dark. By Friday afternoon ... My mother had a cash offer & approximately ten + showings s delude for the weekend. John recommended she wait until Monday to make any decision as he expected multiple offers. On Monday my Mom had 5 offers to consider! Mom closed within 10 days.
