I will try to keep this short but it must be said. About a year ago we started working with John to sell my daughter and son-in-law’s home and find them a new one. The listing John prepared with professional photos brought a lot of traffic. Unfortunately many buyers couldn’t get financing due to covid layoffs, etc. John was able to find a buyer and put them through HIS recommended loan officer and voila! sold! My daughter wanted to buy a home considerably north and John never complained about the distance and was prompt to show them all the listings they desired to see. The market was crazy, houses were selling so fast and left nothing in their price range. When the perfect house came available John went above and beyond and astonished us all! HE personally put in a second offer WITH our offer for straight CASH! Have you ever heard of such a thing?? Talk about valuing your clients!! Well the seller had 14 offers! The listing was only up 24 hours. Ours was not the highest but they chose us bc of the back up cash offer! Hallelujah! Well, then there was a glitch on my son-in-law’s credit that was fixable but not in time. So John set a closing date, purchased the home and sold it to my daughter and son-in-law on the same closing day! They agreed on a down payment that suited them perfectly and a very manageable monthly payment. John saved the day! (and changed the outcome of their future!) John is professional and VERY accessible. And to say he went the extra mile here is an understatement! My daughter is expecting her 2nd child in a month and they are now able to settle in and prepare. Without John’s help and incredible gesture it wouldn’t have happened for them. You will get so much more than a real estate agent with John, you gain a valuable friend. Blessings to you John!
