John sold million dollar properties for us and difficult negotiation on upscale and high scale properties so I know he could do a lower price range scenario type property. It’s not rewarding in his lower price range is for an agent but he did it anyway to satisfy his customers.
John is a super nice guy! He was the seller's agent for a house I wanted to buy in Detroit...Unfortunately I didn't get the house, but John was really nice. He worked on Mothers Day, emailing with my real estate agent and lender, and took the time to explain to me why the seller went with another offer. To me, that speaks volumes about a person. It's the kind of old school attitude towards people that seems hard to come by in this new tech based economy. Business may have changed, but it's nice to know there are other people out there who still actually return your call, even if the deal is closed, the ink is dry, and nothing is in it for them- and I believe it speaks to John's character, even if I've never met him in person.
