Good negotiating skills! I am so happy get my dream house in that price! He showed me many houses that I like, each time he is so patient telling me what things need to be fixed, just like a professional specter. At the same time, he guided me to do the correct decision. There was one 2 bedrooms house with perfect remolded condition in a nice neighborhood, I loved that one, give an offer right away, but he knows it is not the one I need, cannot be a student rental property anyway. Then, he help me find a 4 beds 2.5 baths single family house with larger front and back yard in the same price with that 2 beds one, see how amazing he is. Now, I could just sit there and wait for the rental income. It is nice to know him! Great person!
