Truly, John Irion deserves high praise for his professionalism and competence in not only the complexity of real estate; but his remarkable knowledge of so so much more including the intricacies of construction and home maintenance; the local community and financial and investment strategies. He brings, not only his, but his extended family’s wide ranging personal experience to the table with great practical benefit to those he represents. It is wonderful to work with someone who clearly cares about the community he lives in. We are indeed thankful he was “on our side” and to have benefited from his help and kindness. Clearly, a “detail person” real estate is well suited to him. He was on top of every detail, with gentle reminders, great communication skill and sensitivity to so many nuances. It took us quite a while to get clear on our goals so patience was also a virtue; once we were clear he made a great suggestion for an investment property (all new territory to us); and offered candid feedback.
