When I met him he was more like and old friend than an agent, very relaxing and open to listening to my reasons for selling the house. He jumped right in without asking and prepped the house for sale with his two sons on his own time. When he was done, he listed the house, and it sold in under a week for a lot more than the asking price. This would have never happened if wasn't for his efforts and knowledge on how to get the house ready. I would recommend him to anyone wishing to sell their home.
