My wife and I needed to sell our house due to health reasons and I was looking for a good agent and walked in to Remax and met John. When I met him he was more like and old friend than an agent, very relaxing and open to listening to my reasons for selling the house. He jumped right in without asking and prepped the house for sale with his two sons on his own time. When he was done, he listed the house, and it sold in under a week for a lot more than the asking price. This would have never happened if wasn't for his efforts and knowledge on how to get the house ready. I would recommend him to anyone wishing to sell their home.

He is very knowledgeable of the local area and what I loved about him was how easy it was to communicate and talk things over with him. He took really wonderful pictures of our condo as well. You won't find a more hard working and honest realtor then John that's why we used him for buying and selling our homes. In the future if we should decide to sell again we would defiantly use him!
