We instantly hit it off with John, this is our 2nd house that John helped us sell. We needed to do some work on the house and we consulted with John, there were some must repair items and some that should be repaired. We followed his advice and used his recommended sub-contractors to do the work. They are all skilled teams and helped transform the house. John knows the neighborhood and set the price perfectly. It sold a lot sooner than we thought would happen. One word that describes John, resourceful.
