If you need a realtor who knows what he’s doing, go above and beyond for you, this is the guy. John helped me look at properties and represented me when I entered into a contract. Unfortunately ran into a very untrustworthy seller and ended up breaking the contract but John handled everything so well that I am still happy at the end of the day. This is the second house John has helped me purchase. He is very good with all parts of the real estate purchase and sale. He negotiated down the purchase price of my home as well as getting additional closing costs paid for by the seller at the last second. Also, John went by the home I was purchasing the last day before closing without asking and caught a few things that went wrong with the house that enabled us to get additional seller concessions.
