John have an enormous amount of patience with me... but when the time come for him to step on home... he hit a grand slam... I contacted John 2+ years ago when my uncle passed away. He helped me to pack the things from my uncle and aunt house, he brought some extra muscle to do this, he had patience waiting for me to savage precious things from their home. He put the property on the market and sold it in 4 days... over asking. He was on top of the closing like it was his home and deal with very difficult buyers (saying the least) and expedite the sale... John is a hard working honest realtor...
