John was great the first 2 days I worked with him however he then left on a month long vacation out of the country. We then had to deal with a few of his replacements. He did not even come to our close, he sent someone in his place. I was most upset with him when I found out how nasty and hard to work with the buyers agent. The buyers told us personally they didn’t want to sell to us because of him. If I had known from the start he was going to be out of the country I wouldn’t have worked with him. The buyers agent found it impossible to meet deadlines and communicate because of the time difference.
