John was very nice to work with. He connected me with a mortgage broker to buy a house with a low (3.5%) down payment, found me good homes to look at and a very nice one I bought. He is a good negotiator and got me concessions for the full closing costs and a purchase price thousands under the appraised value. nI highly recommend John, and was lucky to meet him.
