We immediately felt like we had known John for years. He did an initial walk through of our home and made some recommendations in preparation for putting our house on the market. We put our house on the market and had an offer in a week! He also found our new home which we love. Also, is very knowledgeable about the areas and what the house will sell for. At last minute he would come look at a property with me so we could be one of the first in it. He was even patient with my 5 year old!
