He never tried to upsell us or get us to take on a larger loan. When we had to move and sell our house, we got back in contact with Jim, who remembered us and was incredibly helpful in getting us the full value of our home. Just like the buying process, the selling process with Jim was very quick and easy. We wish Jim bought and sold homes in our new state, because the buying process here has been difficult without his knowledge and ability.
