Originally from New York, John Bolos moved to South Carolina in the summer of 1998 . In 2003, John became involved in the real estate industry, and became one of Columbia's number 1 foreclosure agents early in his career. In 2010, John became the broker in charge for Covenant Properties but wanted to focus more on the traditional market. J. Bolos Real Estate was born a few years later, and John quickly became one of the number one recommended agents on Zillow and Trulia .
Over the last few years John has not only maintained his status in the foreclosure industry, but has also become a specialist in traditional sales and other fields such as military relocation, listing homes for sale, and of course working with purchasers online .
In 2014, John purchased the Century 21 franchise for the area, and has merged both Covenant Properties and J. Bolos Real Estate into one company - Century 21 | J. Bolos .
His continued determination allowed him to open Century 21 J. Bolos offices in Columbia and Irmo, SC. In 2017, he expanded his horizon and opened an office in Ballantyne/ South Charlotte, NC.
