Hello and welcome! My name is John, and I am a 3rd generation Realtor servicing the Greater Saint Paul & Minneapolis metro area. After watching my father and grandfather sell Real Estate successfully for decades, I decided to finally get my license in the beginning of 2019. With my family history; this career has always been second nature, and an ultimate inevitability. This career feeds my passion for helping others, creative problem solving, renovations, layout, and interior design. In my opinion, this has naturally propelled me to be a great asset for my clients. Anyone can unlock a door. For me, the real joy is finding out the problem, helping find or create a solution, and be a trusted guide to help dissect properties. The joy of guiding and helping others figure out whether a house should be their home is unfairly fun to call my career. While about 50% of my transactions are first time home buyers and sellers, I have worked in every situation or location in the metro area. My goal is to guide my clients on all the options and uncover what is right for them. Whether its opening doors, negotiating contracts, lifting a couch, painting a porch, or being a sounding board; my goal is to make the process painless and fun. When I am not selling Real estate, I am sleeping. On the off chance I decide to take a few hours off, my goal is to be on wheels. Whether its rollerblading with my Lab/Pitbull mix Luka, on my mountain bike, my motorcycle, or cruising around in my classic Jaguar coupe (when not broken down at the mechanic).
