Efficient and very professional

John Aguero did a fantastic job, efficient and very professional. We were very satisfied and recommend him for anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.

Listing home

John was very experienced in selling my home. It was a total rehab home. John was able to get top dollar and deal with all the investors that were interested. He dealt with the headaches of negotiating on behalf of us and dealt with all paperwork. Literally we sold our home by text, emails and phone conversations. Never really had to meet in person, besides our 1st initial meeting. His team at WELCOME HOME GROUP saved us money on commissions as well. Very family oriented with traditional customer service.

Very professional with contracts and negotiations.
