I would like tostart by saying that Johanna was very respectful, attentive with an attention to detail with everything she did in regards to our purchasing our home. From the first day we talked to her about what my wife and I were looking for. She did not waste time in sending us listings with compatible homes with the exact qualifications if not close to them as possible. Whenever I had a question or needed something. She would find a way to give me an answer back the same day. If she did not have the answer she would follow up the very next day informing my wife or myself what she is doing on her end to resolve the problem or get that answer for us.
